US College students now have the opportunity to enjoy Hulu’s streaming service for just $2 per month. Normally priced at $8 monthly, Hulu is offering a discounted rate on its ad-supported tier to students with verified enrollment status at a US Title IV accredited college or university. This offer is available to both new customers and existing subscribers who have a plan billed directly through Hulu.
Hulu, in which Disney owns a majority stake, provides a wide range of content including current-season episodes of popular TV series, films, and older TV shows. The streaming service also offers original programming such as Only Murders in the Building, The Handmaid’s Tale, and The Bear. It’s important to note that this discounted price only applies to the ad-supported version of Hulu, and downloading content for offline viewing is not available with this tier. However, Hulu does offer a separate plan called “Hulu (No Ads)” for $18 per month.
