‘Next month, you can own the impressive 24.5-inch display for just $650.’
In January, Alienware, a subsidiary of Dell, introduced its first 500Hz Fast IPS monitor aimed at high-performance gaming. Now, the company is set to release a new version of the display specifically designed for users with AMD graphics cards.
The monitor boasts AMD FreeSync Premium and VESA AdaptiveSync certification, which eliminates tearing and stuttering during gameplay. Alienware claims that its AW2524HF model has an impressive response time of 0.5ms, effectively eliminating motion blur and ghosting effects.
With HDR10 compatibility and 99% sRGB color coverage, the monitor delivers vibrant visuals from any angle. Alienware also ensures user comfort with its TUV-certified ComfortView Plus feature, reducing harmful low blue light while maintaining accurate color representation.
Additionally, the monitor comes with a retractable hanger for headsets and a height-adjustable hexagonal base, optimizing desk space. In terms of connectivity, it offers two DisplayPort 1.4 slots, one HDMI 2.1 port, and five USB 3.2 cable slots.
The AW2524HF is available for purchase on Dell’s website starting September 12th, priced at $650. Alienware plans to announce pricing and availability for the UK market at a later date.
