Jabra Set to Launch New Earbuds with Innovative Features
Jabra, a leading audio equipment manufacturer, is gearing up to release updated versions of its earbuds that come with cutting-edge technology, as reported by reputable third-party source MySmartPrice. The forthcoming Jabra Elite 8 Active earbuds are expected to be a combination of features found in the highly regarded Elite 7 Active and the well-received Elite 7 Pro.
Interestingly, Jabra is also rumored to be skipping an entire iteration, with the company allegedly preparing to unveil the Jabra Elite 10 earbuds. This move mirrors Apple’s decision to skip the iPhone 9 and jump to the more memorable iPhone X.
The Elite 8 Active true-wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds will feature voice assistant support and innovative adaptive hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology, which offers a more premium and expensive alternative to traditional ANC methods. These earbuds are expected to have an IP58 rating for water and dust resistance, while the charging case will come with an IP54 rating.
One standout feature of the Elite 8 Active earbuds is Jabra’s proprietary secure in-ear ShakeGrip technology. This liquid silicone rubber exterior ensures a secure fit when placed in the ear. Additionally, reports suggest that the earbuds will support fast pairing, Spotify tap playback, and other convenient features.
Details about the Jabra Elite 10 line are scarce at the moment, but it is anticipated that these earbuds will also offer ANC, fast pairing, Dolby Atmos support, voice assistant support, Spotify tap playback, and the same water and dust-resistance ratings as the Elite 8 Active earbuds. The Elite 10 earbuds are expected to be available in gold and beige, with the possibility of more color options.
While specific specifications, such as battery life, remain undisclosed as the earbuds have not been officially announced, it is worth mentioning that the Jabra Elite 7 earbuds boasted approximately 30 hours of battery life per charge. Pricing and availability details for both the Elite 8 Active and Elite 10 earbuds have yet to be revealed. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
