The latest version of Apple’s AirPods Pros, which includes a USB-C charging case, is currently on sale for $190 at Amazon and Best Buy. This is just a dollar more than the lowest price we’ve seen for these wireless earphones. While Apple sells them for $249, they are regularly available for less at third-party retailers. The offer may be available for Thursday only, as Best Buy lists it as a 24-hour “Deal of the Day.” It’s likely that Amazon is price-matching.
The second-generation AirPods Pro received a score of 88 in our review back in September 2022. This model with a USB-C charging case is virtually identical to the one with a Lightning charging case, but it offers slightly better dust resistance and supports lossless audio with Apple’s Vision Pro headset. It also features effective active noise cancellation, a stellar ambient sound mode, and seamless compatibility with other Apple devices. However, it’s important to note that the battery life is just okay at around six hours, and the touch controls may take some getting used to. If you’re an Apple user looking for new earbuds, this is a solid deal.
